This bank has a slot in the back, ready for your coins and bills, and an authentic antique post office box door made of bronze on the front. This particular door with a flying eagle motif has no markings on the inside, but the creator of this bank lists it as circa 1906. The glass panel on the front has no number. A three-digit combination opens the door.

Handmade in California by the Wood Mason, the door is inset into the gorgeous box made of black walnut. With perfectly mitered corners and a rounded back, this is a quality piece of craftsmanship even before the addition of a vintage post office box door. Four felt feet protect your furniture.
