This is the second version of our exclusive Provincetown Bottle Cap Magnets set, updating one previously-released design and introducing a completely new magnet.

The magnets in this set include:

  • The Pilgrim Monument: The tallest all-granite structure in the U.S. and the first thing most visitors spot on their way into town.
  • Provincetown's Public Library: Originally built in 1860 as a church, its iconic 162-foot steeple was reduced to today's 100-foot belfry tower after a fierce storm in 1898. Converted into the library in 2005, it famously houses a massive, half-scale replica of a historic fishing schooner inside its reading room.
  • Galo de Barcelos: A tribute to the town's deeply rooted Portuguese-American history. It depicts the colorful, patterned Portuguese Rooster of Barcelos—a historic symbol of honesty, trust, and good fortune.
  • The Pride Lighthouse: Commemorating Provincetown's rich identity as a welcoming LGBTQ+ haven, this design features one of it's famous lighthouses emitting beams in vibrant rainbow colors.
  • The Neon Lobster: A classic nod to New England's seafood heritage and a clever wink to Commercial Street’s most iconic sign.

And the newest magnet in the set:

  • A Floater Plaque: This design replicates the historical markers mounted on surviving 19th-century homes that were floated across the harbor — often fully furnished and occupied! — from Long Point.

Designed by Repurfect and made by Kate’s Magnets, this six-pack of magnets is handmade in the USA from recycled bottle caps. Kate's Magnets pours eco-conscious epoxy over the image creating a glassy finish. These magnetic expressions make fabulous and unique gifts and can be used in the kitchen, office, or on any magnetic surface. Each magnet set comes in the display tin (just like in the picture).

These are made to look very similar or identical. The item you are purchasing should look like the one shown in the picture(s).

About Kate's Magnets

Kate's Magnets is a family of five: Mom, Dad, and three daughters (and two dogs). Everybody has a hand in helping, from accepting orders, to tinning the magnet sets, checking quality control, and applying labels to the tins. They live and work in Bellingham, Washington, and enjoy connections across the country that this business provides for their family.
